Q: What is the delivery time?
A:25days after receiving the deposit for the first order,20days for the repeat order.Depend on the quantity of your order.
 
Q:What is the payment term?
A;30% deposit,70% paid before shipment.
 
Q:Can I order a sample?
A:Absolutely,for the existing model we have, our factory would like to offer one or two pieces sample to customers and the air-freight charge shall be paid by customers; for customized model making shall be consulted the sales people.
 
Q:Can we use our own shipping agent?
A:Sure.
 
Q:Can we mix the container?
A:Yes,but hope it will not be more than 4 different models for 1*20GP,8 for 1*40HQ.Otherwise it will be more difficult for our container loading..
 
Q:Can we use our own logo for packing?
